Service robot demonstrator for the NOI Techpark (NOIx)

In the context of the NOIx project the robot Pepper (Softbank Robotics) has been programmed to function as a basic receptionist for the NOI Techpark in Bolzano. For this purpose, it has been endowed with functionalities like greating, providing basic summary information about the NOI Techpark and supporting people in localizing desired destinations and navigating to them via simple man-machine interactions including speech and gesture as well as the integrated tablet screen.
