An experimental investigation to promote positive behavioural change

Our research aims to investigate how various forms of feedback or game elements (such as rewards) affect our behaviour, with a particular focus on encouraging ecological shopping. For this purpose, you will need to complete a shopping task on a desktop computer. You will be required to wear an eye-tracking equipment so that we can track your eye movements. This technology has no foreseeable risks and will not affect your performance or preference.

Relevant information:

  • Can I participate? Everybody can participate in the study, assuming they are adults and willing to do so.
  • What will I do? At this stage, we will capture your shopping behaviour. You will need to complete a shopping task on a desktop computer.
  • Where does it take place? After having filled out the form at the bottom of the webpage, we will contact you shortly after and invite you to come to Human-centered Technologies Lab, NOI Techpark (Via Alessandro Volta, 13, 39100 Bolzano BZ).
